WASD to walk

Created in 48hrs for Mini Jam 202. Had plans for stacking temporary powerups in a top-down Suvivors-like, with the EX meter spent on powerup-specific abilities ( or a unique ability that u choose from at the start ), but I started late and can't be spending ALL my leisure time on these things :P and we all know that cute little HUD elements are way more important than a "game" "loop"
